About You

Careers with TOTAL
The following positions are available nationwide: -


Store Manager -

You will be responsible for the overall operation of the forecourt and assist the Area Manager in delivering the companies objectives. You will have a team of people that report into you where you will drive the customer service and deliver high retail standards through your passion for retailing. You must be capable of working on your own initiative and making decisions yourself. You will have a first class understanding of people and what makes them perform as individuals with the ability to deliver results through the team.

You must have the energy and ability to meet every challenge and be adaptable and supportive to the changing needs of the business.

Deputy Store Manager -

You will be responsible to the Store Manager for the overall operation and management of the forecourt where your key focus will be to support the Store Manager and Area Manager in driving the business and objectives through the team. You will be energetic and passionate about your team with an eye for detail and customer driven.
You will be an approachable individual with excellent man-management skills who loves to work with people and gets the best out of them by motivating the team towards clearly defined goals and objectives.
